Abstract

В статье анализируются проблемы, возникающие в связи с переходом вузов, осуществляющих подготовку кадров для сферы сервиса и туризма, на двухуровневую систему обучения. Автор анализирует зарубежный и отечественный опыт и предлагает возможные пути улучшения качества подготовки бакалавров сервиса и туризма.

The article analyzes the transition of universities, which offer training for service and tourism, to the two-level system of education. The author examines both international and Russian experience and proposes ways to improve the training quality of the bachelor's degree program in service and tourism
