In the article the essence of a business accelerator is described, the tech-nology of its functioning on pre-seed and seed stages of innovative develop-ment of the enterprises of agro-industrial complex (agrarian and industrial complex) is offered. The offered technology of a business accelerator is based on use of special forms and ways of state-private support of innovative processes of the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises of the region.

В статье раскрыта сущность бизнес-акселератора, предложена технология его функционирования на предпосевной и посевной стади-ях инновационного развития предприятий агропромышленного ком-плекса (АПК). Предложенная технология бизнес-акселератора осно-вана на использовании специальных форм и способов государственно-частной поддержки инновационных процессов предприятий АПК ре-гиона.
