Формирование гражданско-правовой культуры инновационного типа у современных школьников

Abstract

В статье раскрывается сущность и содержание процесса формирования гражданско-правовой культуры инновационного типа современных школьников основной и старшей школы. Представлено дополненное определение понятий «гражданско-правовая культура общества», «гражданско-правовая культура личности», «гражданско-правовая культура школьников» (личностный, мотивационно-ценностный, когнитивный, деятельностный компоненты). Рассматриваются модели формирования гражданско-правовой культуры инновационного типа у школьников в аспекте новых образовательных стандартов, Концепции духовнонравственного развития и воспитания личности гражданина России.

The article is concerned with the essence of schoolchildren's civil legal culture. The following definitions are given: "socio civil legal culture", "personal civil legal culture", "schoolchildren's civil legal culture" (personal, motivational, cognitive components). The author considers the existing views on formation of the modern society, the perspectives of formation of schoolchildren's civil legal culture in the framework of the new educational standards, the concepts of schoolchildren's moral development.
