Abstract

The paper describes the theoretical understanding and practical conclusions on the issues of training of heads of educational institutions in system of further vocational training the effective management of resources in the transition to professional standards. The author draws attention to the fact that the resource update of modern educational space is not possible without taking into account the socio-cultural and cultural-anthropological factors of the development of modern education. Referring to the works of the leading experts in the field of education management, the author shows that the education activities are not possible in modern conditions without taking into account the anthropological bases of personality.

В статье изложено теоретическое осмысление и практические выводы о проблемах подготовки руководителей образовательных организаций в системе дополнительного профессионального образования к эффективному управлению ресурсами в условиях перехода на профессиональных стандарты. Автор обращает внимание на то, что ресурсное обновление современного образовательного пространства не возможно без учета социо-культурных и культурно-антропологических факторов развития современного образования. Обращаясь к трудам ведущих специалистов в области управления образованием, автор показывает, что деятельность системы образования не возможна в современных условиях без учета антропологических оснований личности.
