Государственное регулирование рынка птичьего мяса в основных странах-производителях

Abstract

The article summarizes the international experience of state regulation on the poultry meat market. The most important measures of rural producers support are discussed. The world poultry market dynamics and the ratio of supply and demand in the leading poultry production countries are shown, the peculiarities of poultry meat market regulation in different countries are identified. It is proposed to use sanitary and phytosanitary control as one of the major regulators of the market of poultry meat in the conditions of Russia’s entry into WTO.

В статье обобщен российский и зарубежный опыт государственного регулирования рынка мяса птицы. Рассмотрены наиболее важные меры по поддержке сельскохозяйственных производителей. Приведены динамика мирового рынка мяса птицы, соотношение спроса и предложения в ведущих странах-производителях мяса птицы, выявлены особенности регулирования рынка мяса птицы в различных странах. Предлагается использовать санитарный и фитосанитарный контроль как один из важных регуляторов рынка мяса птицы в условиях вступления России в ВТО.
