Explores the educational services of the Center of additional education for children. The subject of the study is an effective educational services of additional education. The article describes an integrated assessment model of services, based on a survey of clients. Assessment model consists of two consecutive stages: assessment of homogeneous services and their attributes to buying and evaluation services after purchase, count and rating services company. The process of recording and analysis of educational services a necessary component of effective management of the implementation of educational programs and other activities. The aim is to develop an information system for recording and analyzing the effectiveness of educational services center of additional education. Исследуются образовательные услуги Центра дополнительного образования детей. Предметом исследования является эффективность образовательных услуг дополнительного образования. В статье рассмотрена интегрированная модель оценки услуг, построенная на результатах опроса клиентов. Модель оценки включает два последовательных этапа: оценка однородных услуг и их атрибутов до покупки и оценка услуги после покупки, подсчет рейтинга услуги и компании. Алгоритм метода применим и для образовательных услуг. В работе предложены атрибуты образовательной услуги. Приведен пример расчета рейтинга образовательных учреждений. Процесс учета и анализа образовательных услуг – это необходимое составляющее эффективного управления реализацией образовательных программ и другой деятельностью. Целью работы является разработка информационной системы учета и анализа эффективности образовательных услуг центра дополнительного образования. В статье описаны входная и выходная информация, функции информационной системы.
