Культурно-экологическая образовательная среда вуза в системе личностно-профессионального становления выпускника

Abstract

The analysis of approaches to definition of essence of concept «the educational environment» is carried out. The educational environment of university is considered as set of cultural and ecological conditions and key factors which define personal and professional formation of fu-ture expert. In article aksiological, information and cognitive and prakseological aspects of the cultural and ecological educational environment of modern higher education institution are proved. Substantial and methodical components and the technologies providing personal and professional formation of the graduate, his competitiveness on a labor market are opened. In work conditions of formation of personal and professional qualities of students are defined. Valuable and target, substantial, procedural, technological, communicative, spatial and se-mantic, diagnostic components of the cultural and ecological educational environment are al-located. Positive results of skilled and experimental work on formation of the cultural and ecological environment are given in higher education institution.

Проведен анализ подходов к определению сущности понятия «образовательная среда». Образовательная среда университета рассмотрена как совокупность культурно-экологических условий и ключевых фак-торов, которые определяют личностно-профессиональное становление будущего специалиста. В статье обоснованы аксиологический, информационно-когнитивный и праксеологический аспекты культурно-экологической образовательной среды современного вуза. Раскрыты содержательно-методические ком-поненты и технологии, обеспечивающие личностно-профессиональное становление выпускника, его конкурентоспособность на рынке труда. В работе определены условия формирования личностных и профессиональных качеств студентов. Выделены ценностно-целевой, содержательный, процессуальный, технологический, коммуникативный, пространственно-семантический, диагностический компоненты культурно-экологической образовательной среды. Приведены позитивные результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы по формированию культурно-экологической среды в вузе.
