
The article defines the subject of physical culture as a science, the changes in the content and methods of sports pedagogy, in physical and sports education have been described, the necessity of continuous and multicultural education has been substantiated taking into consideration the gender features in sports, training and competitive activities.
В статье дано определение предмета «физкультура» как науки, описаны изменения в содержании и методах спортивной педагогики, изменения в физкультурном и спортивном образовании, обоснована необходимость непрерывного и мультикультурного образования, учета гендерных особенностей в спортивно-тренировочной и соревновательнойдеятельности.
