Применение метода математического моделирования для расчета процесса автоклавного окисления упорного сульфидного золотосодержащего флотоконцентрата

Abstract

Представлены результаты лабораторных кинетических опытов по автоклавному окислению упорного сульфидного золотосодержащего флотоконцентрата. Выбран оптимальный режим проведения автоклавного окисления для данного материала – температура 225 °С и парциальное давление кислорода 7 бар. По результатам опытов по модели кинетической функции, основанной на зависимости доли нерастворившегося компонента от относительного времени, рассчитаны кинетические характеристики, кажущийся порядок реакции при температуре 225 °С составил 0,87, кажущаяся энергия активации составила 74,6 кДж/моль. Полученные данные с использованием программного приложения дали возможность рассчитать основные показатели проведения опыта в полупромышленном масштабе – отношение ж:т по секциям, тепло химических реакций, долю нерастворившего компонента, парциальное давление кислорода, количество тепла, пошедшее на нагрев оборотного раствора и охлаждающей воды, количество тепла, пошедшее на испарение воды или выделившееся при конденсации. Результаты полупромышленных испытаний подтвердили корректность расчета с помощью модели.

Some laboratory kinetics experiments of autoclave oxidative leaching of refractory sulfide auriferous flotation concentrate have been carried out. The optimal conditions of such process is temperature of 225 °C and partical oxygen pressure of 7 bar. From the results of these experiments by using the model of kinetic function, the kinetic characteristics were calculated. The kinetic function is based on dependence between percentage of insoluble component and relative time. The order of the reaction is 0,87 at a temperature 225 °C, energy of activation is 74,6 kJ/mol. These data was used for calculation of basic parameters of the experiment in pilot scale such as liquid:solid ratio, the heat of chemical reactions, percentage of insoluble component. Results of pilot experiment confirmed the correctness of the calculation by using model.
