Abstract

The risk of diet balance of school students on iodine lower from consumption norm on 10-20% of this nutrient is revealed. The researches on enrichment of poultry-farming production by iodine are conducted.The influence of organic form of iodine on intensity of broiler’s growth and development of Hubbard ISA cross, their viability, metabolism, chemical composition of white meat and production quality is studied. The researches on iodination of extruded soya as compound feed ingredient for laying hens are conducted. The dynamics of accumulation of iodine in egg’s yellow yolk and albumen is studied. The possibility of the functional (improving) poultry-farming production (meat of broiler chicken (iodine level over 614 mkg/kg) and eggs (over 22.7 mkg/egg) enriched with iodine is shown.

Выявлен риск сбалансированности рациона школьников по йоду ниже 10–20 % нормы потребления этого биогенного элемента. Проведены исследования по обогащению йодом птицеводческой продукции. Изучено влияние органической формы йода (йодказеин) на интенсивность роста и развитие цыплят-бройлеров кросса HubbardISA, их сохранность, обмен веществ, химический состав белого мяса и качество продукции. Проведены исследования по йодированию экструдированной сои как компонента комбикорма для кур-несушек; изучена динамика накопления йода в желтке и белке куриного яйца, продемонстрирована возможность производства функциональной (оздоровительной) птицеводческой продукции, обогащенной йодом: мяса цыплят-бройлеров (с уровнем йода около 614 мкг/кг) и яиц (около 22.7 мкг/яйцо).
