Abstract

The article deals with the establishment and development of private and social initiatives in the organization and management of teachers education in Russia in the second half of XIX early XX centuries. It also reveals the main historical and cultural conditions that led to the peculiarity of the directions, forms and content of private-public initiative in teachers education. The problems of forming the institute of tutorship in the field of general and teachers training education are analysed

В статье раскрывается становление и развитие частной и общественной инициативы в деле организации и управления педагогическим образованием в России во второй половине XIX начале XX в. Выявляются основные историко-культурные предпосылки, обусловившие своеобразие направлений, форм и содержание частно-общественной инициативы в деле педагогического образования. Показываются проблемы становления института попечительства в сфере общего и педагогического образования
