The article deals with the selection and use of grammatical constructions which are characteristic of scientific writing and the necessity of placing special emphasis on them in language teaching materials.
В статье дано описание тех грамматических особенностей англоязычного научно-технического текста, изучение которых представляется необходимым в курсе преподавания иностранного языка в техническом вузе.
