Теоретическое моделирование процесса формирования интегративного знания студентов языковых специальностей

Abstract

This article is meant to describe the main mechanism of integral knowledge formation with students specializing in foreign languages in the paradigm of pedagogical management. Having proved the importance of this trend of pedagogical science, the author mentions the main components of the theoretical model of the process managing and also gives the key characteristics of the integral education product which here equals to the integral knowledge. Using such general scientific and theoretical methods of research as generalization, idealization, classification and model-making, the author singles out the main groups of principles, conditions and methods in the theoretical model of students' integral knowledge formation. The criteria of this model efficiency make it possible to estimate the results of students' and teacher's work through the constant monitoring of the learning process. This model provides the teacher with all the necessary points to design his own learning process in the pedagogical management paradigm.

Данная статья призвана раскрыть основные механизмы формирования интегративного знания студентов языковых специальностей в парадигме педагогического менеджмента. Обосновывается актуальность данного направления исследований в педагогике, описаны основные компоненты теоретической модели управления данным процессом, а также основные характеристики комплексного продукта обучения, которым является интегративное знание. Автор выделяет основные группы принципов, условий и методов в структуре теоретической модели формирования интегративного знания студентов. Критерии эффективности данной модели позволяют отслеживать результативность работы студентов и преподавателя при постоянном мониторинге учебного процесса. Данная модель обеспечивает преподавателя всеми необходимыми ориентирами для построения собственного педагогического процесса в парадигме педагогического менеджмента.
