Организационная характеристика технологии развития научно-методической культуры преподавателя высшей школы

Abstract

In article author´s definition of scientifically-methodical culture of the teacher of the higher school and its structural components is presented. The special attention is given the organizational characteristic of technology of development of scientifically-methodical culture of the teacher of the higher school which is presented by a complex of pedagogical conditions. The revealed complex of pedagogical conditions possesses properties of necessity, sufficiency and includes: creation of inter-regional associations of the teachers stimulating development of their professional consciousness; working out and introduction intra-university adhocracy systems «instructor–tutor–kouch» providing development of scientifically-methodical abilities of teachers; use of substantive provisions of nonlinear didactics for activization and development of creative thinking of teachers with the various experience of pedagogical activity.

В статье представлено авторское определение научно-методической культуры преподавателя высшей школы и ее структурных составляющих. Специальное внимание уделено организационной характеристике технологии развития научно-методической культуры преподавателя высшей школы, которая представлена комплексом педагогических условий. Выявленный комплекс педагогических условий обладает свойствами необходимости, достаточности и включает: создание межрегиональных ассоциаций преподавателей, стимулирующих развитие их профессионального самосознания; разработку и внедрение внутривузовской эдхократической системы «наставничество–тьютерство–коучинг», обеспечивающей развитие научно-методических умений преподавателей; использование основных положений нелинейной дидактики для активизации и развития творческого мышления преподавателей с различным стажем педагогической деятельности.
