Abstract

В статье представлен подход автора к решению проблемы проектирования процесса профессиональной подготовки будущего педагога к работе по этнической социализации школьников. Показаны варианты педагогического проектирования этого процесса на трех уровнях: концептуальном, содержательном и процессуальном. Разработанные автором модель и технология формирования готовности будущего учителя к работе по этнической социализации подростков позволяют представить два уровня системной организации образовательного процесса: вертикальный и горизонтальный. Раскрыты организационно-педагогические условия, обеспечивающие эффективность процесса профессиональной подготовки будущего педагога к работе по этнической социализации подростков.

The article presents the author’s approach to the problem of designing of the training of future teachers’ ability to develop ethnic socialization of students. The article describes the options of pedagogical designing of the process at three levels: concept, content and performance. The developed by the author model and technology of formation of teachers’ readiness to work on ethnic socialization of adolescents implement two levels of system organization of educational process: vertical and horizontal. The author considers organizational and educational conditions ensuring the efficiency of the training of teachers' ability to work on ethnic socialization of teenagers.
