The concept of "potential" put into practice as a method of study permits the uncertainty associated with the absence of any information about the conditions of functioning in the future. Critical importance is the study of the potential development of an economic entity. S.I. Ozhegov noted that development natural process changes, the transition from one state to another, more perfect, the transition from an old qualitative state to a new, simple to complex, from lowest to highest. The essential content of balanced development potential based on study of the relationship concepts of «potential of the company», «the development of an economic entity», «balanced development» have been considered in the article. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of development of innovation-active organizations. Conclusion has been made that to the timely detection of potential balanced development need a comprehensive analysis of the conditions and factors functioning economic entity, which have been grouped into three groups: factors of macro, meso and micro level. A comprehensive study of the factors determining the future development of innovation-active enterprises has been conducted in the article. It is shown that the effectiveness of the balanced development of innovation-active organizations in general, and the object of research, in particular, is determined by such factors as the structure and needs of the market, the resource base of innovative development, effective management system development, innovation activity. The authors believe that the inclusion of the multifaceted impact of factors will allow innovative active organizations to build a control system which allows more accurately predict the perspective direction of their future development.

Понятие «потенциал» введено в практику исследования как прием разрешения неопределенности, связанной с отсутствием какой-либо информации об условиях функционирования в будущем. Важнейшую значимость имеет исследование потенциала развития хозяйствующего субъекта. С.И. Ожегов отмечал, что развитие процесс закономерного изменения, перехода из одного состояния в другое, более совершенное, переход от старого качественного состояния к новому, от простого к сложному, от низшего к высшему. В статье рассмотрено сущностное содержание потенциала сбалансированного развития на основе изучения взаимосвязи понятий «потенциал предприятия», «развитие хозяйствующего субъекта», «сбалансированное развитие». Особое внимание уделено специфике развития инновационно-активных организаций. Сделан вывод, что для своевременного выявления потенциальных возможностей сбалансированного развития необходимо проводить комплексный анализ условий и факторов функционирования хозяйствующего субъекта, сгруппированных в три группы: факторы макро-, мезои микроуровня. В статье проведено комплексное исследование факторов, определяющих перспективное развитие инновационно-активного предприятия. Показано, что результативность сбалансированного развития инновационно-активных организаций в целом и объекта исследования в частности обусловливается взаимоувязкой таких основных факторов как структура и потребности рынка, ресурсная база инновационного развития, эффективная система управления развитием, активность инновационной деятельности. Авторы считают, что учет разностороннего влияния указанного комплекса факторов позволит инновационно-активным организациям выстраивать систему управления, позволяющую более точно прогнозировать направления их перспективного развития.
