
The article presents the justification of the principals of construction and realization of national and region component in general and professional music education in the Republic of Khakassia. These are research of region music material including traditional word outlook views of indigenous population, holism, integration’s principal of national in global, principal of content’s including regional component in federal constituent of music education in the capacity of it’s organic part. The article specifies the direction of pedagogical activity, allowing to provide positive interaction of different cultures in a multicultural educational environment of the school. Showes the special aspects of future music teacher’s training in the formation of national communication’s culture in Khakassia based on region music material.
Обоснованы принципы построения и реализации содержания национально-регионального компонента общего и профессионального музыкального образования в Республике Хакасия. Обозначены направления педагогической деятельности, позволяющие обеспечить позитивные взаимодействия представителей разных культур в поликультурном образовательном пространстве школы. Показаны особенности подготовки будущего учителя музыки в формировании культуры межнационального общения народов, населяющих Хакасию, на основе регионального музыкального материала.
