Транскультурная и интеркультурная коммуникация как фактор модернизации школы и университета

Abstract

В последниедесятилетияпроблемы реформирования среднего и высшего образования чрезвычайно обостряются, так как образование не успевает шагать вперед вместе с ускоренной модернизацией современных обществ. Среди объективных факторов, которые требуют немедленного реформирования отечественной системы образования, есть и проект глобального обучения, предпосылкой которого является разворачивание интеркультурной коммуникации. Основная цель статьи – выявление взаимоотношений междуинтеркультурной и транскультурной составляющими идеи университета в разных исторических и социокультурных контекстах, которые в свою очередь являются предпосылкой для определения социальной и культурной перспектив университета как образовательного института в эпоху глобализации духовного производства.

Last time the problems of school and university education reformation are specially topical because education is not able to go together with modern societies modernization. Among the objective factors which need immediate reformation of national educational system is the project of global learning; its pre-requisite is intercultural communication development. The main goal of the article is to find out relations between intercultural and transcultural ingredients of university idea in different historical and socially cultural contexts, which, in its turn, are the pre-requisite for definition of social and cultural university perspectives as an educational institution of spirit production globalization epoch.
