ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ЗДОРОВЬЯ ШКОЛЬНИКОВ КАК ОСНОВНОЕ НАПРАВЛЕНИЕ ПСИХОЛОГО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОГО СОПРОВОЖДЕНИЯ УЧАСТНИКОВ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО ПРОЦЕССА

ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ЗДОРОВЬЯ ШКОЛЬНИКОВ КАК ОСНОВНОЕ НАПРАВЛЕНИЕ ПСИХОЛОГО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОГО СОПРОВОЖДЕНИЯ УЧАСТНИКОВ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО ПРОЦЕССА

Abstract

В статье уделено внимание одному из приоритетных направлений психолого-педагогического сопровождения участников образовательного процесса сохранению и укреплению, но в большей степени, формированию психологического здоровья обучающихся. Проведённое исследование позволило выявить детей группы риска относительно психологического здоровья. Разработанная тренинговая программа по формированию психологического здоровья предназначена для школьников основного и среднего общего образования. Психологический тренинг как форма активного обучения способствует формированию эмоциональных и поведенческих составляющих психологического здоровья у обучающихся основных ступеней образовательной системы. По итогам тренинговых занятий у учеников наблюдается уменьшение эмоциогенных инвертированных реакций, достоверное увеличение показателя экстраверсии, снижение показателя эмоциональной нестабильности. Результаты вторичной диагностики дают возможность отследить эффективность тренинговой программы формирования психологического здоровья обучающихся и условия обеспечения их благоприятного развития.

The article draws attention to one of the priority areas of psycho-pedagogic support of participants of educational process to preserve and to strengthen, but to a greater extent, to form psychological health of pupils. The conducted research allowed to identify children at risk regarding mental health. The developed training programme of mental health designed for pupils of primary and secondary education stage. Psychological training as a form of active learning contributes to the formation of emotional and behavioural components of psychological health of pupils’ basic levels of the educational system. On visits to the training sessions, a decrease of emotiogenic inverse responses, significant increase in extraversion, decline in emotional instability were found in pupils. The results of the secondary diagnostics provide an opportunity to monitor the effectiveness of the training programme of formation mental health of schoolchildren and the conditions of securing their favourable development.
