Abstract

____________________________________________________________________________________________ В работе выделены и проанализированы особенности реализации новых образовательных стандартов в средней общеобразовательной школе и вузе.

In this work we marked out and analyzed particular implementation of new educational standards for secondary school and university. The problem caused by the fact that the prospective high school students should be ready to study in context of competence-oriented approach of the federal state educational third generation standards. In traditional educational models used in the school system a graduator is ready to study to know. Enrolled in high school, the student enters into a new situation – to study to be able to. The paper presents the potential of higher pedagogical education which allows to organize continuous professional training of teachers to work within the new educational standards. It is shown that previous experience of using this potential in solving the problems of informatization of the regional educational system can be successfully used in solving the problem of preparing future teachers to the training activities under new educational third generation standards.
