Самоидентификация личности и становление интегральной индивидуальности в условиях поликультурного образовательного пространства

Abstract

В статье анализируется понятие самоидентификации личности как неотъемлемой характеристики индивидуальности. Самоидентификация рассматривается как процесс, связанный с формированием уникального комплекса субъектных свойств личности, определяющих становление интегральной индивидуальности субъекта образовательной деятельности в поликультурном пространстве. Поликультурное образовательное пространство может выступать в качестве условия, определяющего созидательный вектор активности личности, направленной на самоидентификацию и самореализацию в современных условиях развития социума.

The definition of self-identification of the personality as a necessary characteristic of individuality is analysed in the article. Self-identification is considered as a process of organization of unique complex of personal features of an individual which determine the formation of integral individuality of multicultural educational context. Multicultural educational context can act as a determinative constructive vector of personality's activity directed to self-identification and self-realization in the modern conditions of society's development.
