Социально-педагогическое партнерство рассматривается в качестве стратегической возможности развития образования. Участие общества в решении важнейших задач образования приобретает новый смысл при приоритетной роли образования в постановке ведущих ориентиров развития декларировании собственных вызовов социуму. Профессиональной задачей руководителя образовательного учреждения является наполнение педагогическим смыслом встречных вызовов и обеспечение их устойчивой целостности
