Abstract

The scientific substantiation of a phenomenon of innovative methodical work in preschool educational institution (PEI) is observed in article: its distinctive characteristics, features of the maintenance and the organization are described. The modern view on construction of model of innovative methodical work is offered the choice of productive forms of the methodical work, providing growth of professional competence of teachers of PEI in the conditions of introduction of innovations is proved. The author undertakes attempt to describe a subsystem of the given model: conceptual, standard, organizational-technological, qualitative (tools)-comparative (procedures), having allocated features of everyone. The scientific substantiation of a phenomenon of innovative methodical work in PEI is given.

В статье освещается проблема феноменологии инновационной методической работы в дошкольном образовательном учреждении: описаны ее отличительные характеристики, особенности содержания и организации. Предлагается современный взгляд на построение модели инновационной методической работы, обосновывается выбор продуктивных форм методической работы, обеспечивающий рост профессиональной компетентности педагогов ДОУ в условиях внедрения инноваций. Автором предпринята попытка описать подсистемы данной модели: концептуальную, нормативную, организационнотехнологическую, квалитативно (инструменты)-компаративную (процедуры), выделив особенности каждой. Дано научное обоснование феномена инновационной методической работы в ДОУ.
