«Премьер-лига» ведущих российских университетов: методика сравнительного анализа вузов

Abstract

The article offers methods and main guidelines for comparative analysis of institutes of higher education in all segments "premier league" of leading universities, which have special advantages over others in financing and academic liberties. On the base of these methods the author compares university with special status, national research and federal universities.

В статье предложена методика и основные ориентиры для сравнительного анализа вузов всех сегментов «премьер-лиги» ведущих университетов, имеющих особые преимущества перед остальными в части финансирования и академических свобод. На основе методики проведено сопоставление университета особого статуса, национального исследовательского и федерального университетов.
