Abstract

Проведено анкетирование и клинико-диагностическое обследование у 62 юношей и 53 девушек, проживающих и обучающихся в средней школе с. Нижняя Тавда. Данные обработаны в программе SPSS 17.0. Предварительная оценка анкет показала четко выраженную гендерную направленность в отношении к здоровью: у юношей отмечена тенденция к отрицанию значимых факторов риска развития неинфекционных заболеваний, а среди девушек доминируют субъективные симптомы психоэмоционального напряжения. Вне зависимости от пола практически все респонденты знали свой рост и вес, о показателях систолического и диастолического артериального давления информированы 84,1 % юношей и 63 % девушек. Никто не указал в анкете значения общего холестерина. Анализ результатов анкетирования показал высокую частоту встречаемости курения и употребления алкоголя у юношей, обучающихся в старших классах. Только 67,7 % юношей отрицали факт курения, 35,5 % из них употребляли алкоголь. Более половины юношей и девушек отмечали симптомы вегетативной дисфункции: метеозависимость, головные боли, раздражительность и вспыльчивость, нарушение сна, тревожность.

A questionnaire survey and clinical and diagnostic examination in 62 boys and 53 girls living and studying at secondary school Nizhnyaya Tavda. Data processed in the program SPSS 17.0. Preliminary evaluation of the questionnaires showed a clear gender focus in relation to health: in boys there was a trend to a denial of the significant risk factors for noncommunicable diseases among girls and dominated by subjective symptoms of emotional stress. Regardless of gender, nearly all respondents knew your height and weight, systolic and diastolic blood pressure informed 84,1 % of boys and 63 % girls. No one stated values of total cholesterol. Analysis of the results of the survey showed a high prevalence of Smoking and alcohol consumption in boys enrolled in high school. Only 67,7 % of young men denied Smoking, 35,5 % of them drank alcohol. More than half of young men and women celebrated symptoms of autonomic dysfunction: meteosensitivity, headaches, irritability and nervousness, sleep disturbances, anxiety.
