Образование XXI века: настоящее и перспективы

Abstract

Recently it was published a project of Concept of Education of Ukraine for the period 2015-2025 years to discuss the educational community and the public. As defined in the project throughout the period of independent Ukraine in the education sector of the country accumulated numerous problems systemic. To ensure education as a foundation for sustainable development requires systemic education reform, which should be the subject of public consensus.Top priority in the reform of higher education acquire new pedagogical models and technologies, methods and teaching aids that have a shape future professional competence as subject of the concept of sustainable development. The most important are the ability and the need to acquire new knowledge, independent learning activity, the ability to analyze unusual situations and based on this analysis, the acquired knowledge by working in a team of professionals make informed decisions and take responsibility for their consequences. The value of the individual, his interests a dominant priorities of modern education, organization, content and innovative research. So, along with the effective management of the system of education, new educational technologies, the introduction of interactive teaching methods, implementation of competence approach to training young professionals is the most urgent task of the academic community today.

Проанализированы основные положения проекта Концепции развития образования Украины на период 2015-2025 годов, современных тенденций и концепций развития системы высшего образования в Украине.
