Abstract

Рассматривается психолого-правовой подход к пониманию понятия и структуры правосознания. Анализируется содержание функциональной структуры правосознания. Рассматриваются представления западных и отечественных ученых о сущности правосознания.A psycho-legal approach to the understanding of the concepts and structures of justice. Analysis of the content of the functional structure of justice. Considers representations of native and foreign scientists about the nature of justice.
