
Research of localization of deformation in crystallographic slip zone in copper, aluminum and lead with use of the mathematical model is done. The mathematical model takes into account the main mechanisms of resistance to emission of a dislocation loop.
Проведено исследование локализации деформации в зоне кристаллографического сдвига в меди, алюминии и свинце с использованием математической модели, в которой учтены основные механизмы сопротивления распространению дислокационной петли.
