Promotion of a problem of health in number of priority problems of social and social development causes relevance of theoretical and practical development, need in expansion of the corresponding scientific researches and selection of methodical and organizational approaches to health preservation, its formation and development of health improving culture of the personality. The insufficient theoretical development and need in further studying of implementation of the sports and health-improving author's program "Children's Fitness in educational institution" caused statement of the purposes and definition of the main objectives of research. Purposes: increase of efficiency of health-improving work in preschool educational institution through the organization of health saving pedagogical process taking into account the specific and age features of the child, with use of the author's health saving program – "Children's fitness in educational institution"; creation of an effective control system of health-saving processes according to the "Children's Fitness in educational institution " program by means of which the results defined and coordinated by all participants of improving work are reached.

Выдвижение проблемы здоровья в число приоритетных задач общественного и социального развития обуславливает актуальность теоретической и практической разработки, необходимость развертывания соответствующих научных исследований и выборку методических и организационных подходов к сохранению здоровья, его формированию и развитию оздоровительной культуры личности. Недостаточная теоретическая проработанность и необходимость дальнейшего изучения реализации физкультурно-оздоровительной авторской программы «Детский фитнес в ДОУ» обусловили цели исследования. Цели: повышение эффективности оздоровительной работы в ДОУ через организацию здоровьесберегающего педагогического процесса с учетом индивидуальных и возрастных особенностей ребенка, с использованием авторской здоровьесберегающей программы – «Детский фитнес в ДОУ»; создание эффективной системы управления процессами здоровьсбережения по программе «Детский фитнес в ДОУ», с помощью которой достигаются результаты, определенные и согласованные всеми участниками оздоровительной работы.
