Abstract

In the article the author actualizes the problem of managing the development of a healthy style of professional activity of a teacher, presents various points of view on integrated indicators of formation of the individual lifestyle of a person. The authors reveal the concept of individual style of professional activity of a teacher in the context of professional health of the teacher. The model describes the components of a healthy style of professional activity of teachers, was developed based on the results of diagnostics of professional health of teachers and heads of educational organizations. Special attention is paid to the principles and content of the motivational approach in managing the development of a healthy style of professional activity of teachers.

В статье актуализируется проблема управления развитием здорового стиля профессиональной деятельности педагога, представлены различные точки зрения на интегральные показатели формирования индивидуального жизненного стиля личности. Авторы раскрывают понятие индивидуального стиля профессиональной деятельности учителя в контексте профессионального здоровья педагога. Рассматриваются компоненты модели здорового стиля профессиональной деятельности учителя, разработанные с учетом результатов диагностики профессионального здоровья педагогов и руководителей общеобразовательных организаций. Особое внимание уделяется рассмотрению принципов и содержания мотивационного подхода в управлении развитием здорового стиля профессиональной деятельности педагогических работников.
