Статья раскрывает экономическую составляющую развития профессионального образования на примере России. Анализируется зависимость изменения числа учебных заведений от изменения территории государства, периодов реформ и послевоенного восстановления. Показано значение вуза для региона. Описано возрастание требований к уровню подготовки специалистов в периоды реформирования общества.
The article reveals economic component of professional education development on the example of Russia. Author analyses dependence of the number of professional education establishments and changes of the state territory as well as on the periods of reforms and after-war recovery. Author describes increase in the requirements to specialists in the periods of reforms.
