Abstract

Work is devoted to mathematical modeling of turbulent mixing in shallow water, as well as the choice of approximation coefficients of vertical turbulent exchange on the basis of comparisons with the measurements in the lagoon Etang de Berre (France). The results of numerical experiment for the lagoon and their explanation are performed.
