
Energy conservation is one of the most important strategic aims of the country. We considered town investment and development programs from the point of energy conservation. It is shown that the subject characteristic of investment resources is performed in the resource part of the program. Modernization of municipal infrastructure is directed at the stimulation of energy conservation and the increase of energy effectiveness. A complex approach is necessary to get the maximum effectiveness.
Энергосбережение является одной из важнейших стратегических задач страны. Рассмотрены городские инвестиционно-строительные программы с позиций энергосбережения. Показано, что в ресурсном блоке программы осуществляется субъектная характеристика инвестиционных ресурсов. Модернизация коммунальной инфраструктуры направлена на стимулирование энергосбережения и повышение энергетической эффективности. Для получения максимальной эффективности необходим комплексный подход.
