Сравнительный анализ динамики предпочтительности занятий конкретными видами спорта студентов вуза

Abstract

The dynamics of preferences going in for different sports by the students of 1-3 courses is analysed in the article. The priority kinds of sport are specified: sport games, aerobics, dances, swimming. The specific interests of the students belonging to different ethnic groups of various regions are distinguished. The obtained information provides the opportunity for the creation of more effective forms of organization of study, sport and mass activity, that will facilitate the improvement of students physical activity and assist to tame the sportsman like style of life.

В статье проанализирована динамика предпочтительности к занятиям видами спорта студентов 1-3 курсов. Определены приоритетные виды спорта: спортивные игры, аэробика, танцы, плавание. Выявлены особенности интереса студентов этнических групп и проживающих в разных регионах. Полученная информация создает возможность создания более эффективных форм в организации учебной и спортивно-массовой работы, что поможет не только улучшить физкультурную активность студентов, но и привить спортивный стиль жизнедеятельности.
