Abstract

The article presents a number of arguments in favor of organizing an accelerated forest growing in the forests of the European-Ural part of Russia. The possibility of accelerated growing of existing forest cultures is substantiated. Certain criteria and indicators that can form the basis for identification of accelerated forest growing are named.
