«Недели образования» государств - членов ШОС как новая форма взаимодействия на образовательном пространстве Шанхайской организации сотрудничества

Abstract

The article touches upon the topic of creating a Common Education Space for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states. The author studies the role of annual Weeks of Education as a new form of cooperation of the SCO member states; discusses the scope, tasks and results of the previous five Education Weeks held in Moscow and organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation under the slogan “Education without borders”; and dwells upon the scope of the VI Week of Education scheduled for May 22-25, 2013. The author analyzes the significant role this new form of cooperation plays in the concept development, creation and launch of SCO University as a network of existing universities and the main educational framework of the SCO.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования единого образовательного пространства государств членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества. Анализируется роль ежегодных «Недель образования» как новой формы взаимодействия государств членов ШОС. Раскрывается содержание, задачи, итоги пяти подобных форумов, проведенных в Москве Министерством образования и науки России под девизом «Образование без границ», и планируемой VI Недели образования. Особое внимание уделено анализу роли этой новой формы взаимодействия в деле разработки концепции, формирования и запуска Университета Шанхайской организации сотрудничества как сетевой образовательной структуры ШОС.
