Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена проблеме подготовки педагогических кадров к работе в школе полного рабочего дня в условиях интеграции основного и дополнительного образования. Данная модель подготовки зарекомендовала себя как эффективная за счет обеспечения как теоретической, так и практической готовности будущих учителей к профессионально-педагогической деятельности в условиях образовательной организации данного типа. Помимо готовности к реализации программ основного образования данная категория специалистов сможет обеспечить качественную реализацию программ дополнительного образования во внеучебное время в школе полного рабочего дня. Формирование практических компетенции происходит на факультете свободного развития в творческих мастерских, лабораториях, студиях. Организационная особенность заключается в том, что большинство занятий проводятся в группах смешанного состава студенты и учащиеся школы «Диалог».

This article deals with the problem of teacher training for working at the school full-time in terms of integration of basic and further education. This way of training considered effective because it provides both theoretical and practical training of future teachers. Specialists will be able implement the program of basic education and further education outside of school hours in the school full-time. Practical competence is formed in creative workshops, laboratories and studios in the faculty of free development. Organizational feature is that the majority of studies carried out in mixed groups students and pupils of the school «Dialog».
