
Описывается лабораторный вариант процессов переработки комплексных руд Кольского полуострова с выходом железа, алюминия. В качестве главного реагента выбран энергетически насыщенный газ, получаемый из энергоносителей низкой стоимости, некоксующийся уголь, торф и отходы древесины. Лабораторная технология разработана на 70-80%. Технико-экономические расчеты показали коммерческую привлекательность процессов. Продукты могут быть использованы в ЖКХ, металлургии и строительстве.
Laboratory-scale processes of complex ores of the Kola Peninsula, yielding iron and aluminum, are described. The principal reagent is an energy-saturated gas, obtained from low-cost sources, mill coal, peat, and green wastes. The development level of the laboratory technology is 70-80%. Technoeconomic studies have demonstrated the commercial attractiveness of the processes. The products can be used in housing and public utilities, metallurgy and building.
