Abstract

The article deals with international cooperation among organizations working in the field of adult education in Europe: involvement of socially vulnerable adults groups into education, development of such important qualities of personality’s modern culture as respect for other people’s rights, rejection of xenophobia, capacity for critical thinking, comprehension and reflection of historical events in nowadays life. Russian Federation's participation in European projects and programs of adult education is described.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы международного сотрудничества организаций, работающих в сфере образования взрослых в Европе: вовлечение в образование социально уязвимых категорий взрослых, развитие у взрослых таких важных качеств современной культуры личности, как уважение прав других людей, способность к критическому мышлению, осмысливание и рефлексия событий истории в современных условиях. Описывается участие нашей страны в общеевропейских проектах и программах по образованию взрослых.
