Abstract

The article is devoted to the comparative historic-conceptual analysis of social activities process of civil voluntary initiatives of youth in Russia and abroad. It is regarded here the retrospect of the 20th century and a modern state of the development process of civic initiatives in the context of social education in Russia. Here are researched the concepts of leisure and social-cultural development of society and youth in the foreign scientific tradition and voluntary movement abroad in the framework of charityand civic activity concepts. It is also analyzed a terminal-spatial concept of leisure and the development of civic initiatives of the youth in educational institutions in Russia.

Статья посвящена сравнительному историко-концептуальному анализу процесса социального творчества гражданских инициатив молодежи в России и за рубежом, в ней рассматриваются в хронологических рамках XX века ретроспектива и современное состояние процесса развития гражданских инициатив в контексте социального воспитания в России, исследуются концепции досуга и социокультурного развития общества и молодежи в зарубежной научной традиции, изучается волонтерское движение за рубежом в рамках концепций благотворительности и гражданского участия, анализируются пространственно-временной континуум досуга и развитие гражданских инициатив молодежи в учреждениях образования в России.
