Авторское творчество определяющая ценность социально-профессионального развития личности учителя

Abstract

Статья раскрывает актуальную особенность авторского творчества как определяющей ценности социально-профессионального развития личности учителя в последипломный период. Авторское творчество как индивидуальный стиль самовыражения способствует развитию антропоориентированных, мотивационно-когнитивных, аффективно-рефлексивных и конативно-стимулирующих качеств и свойств личности учителя, необходимых ему в непрерывном формировании креативного мышления субъектов образовательного пространства. В статье обосновывается креативность как высший уровень интеллектуальной активности критического мышления учителя, направленной на его авторское самовыражение в социально-профессиональной деятельности в последипломный период. Представлена практико-ориентированная модель педагогического сопровождения авторского творчества учителя в открытой муниципальной системе последипломного образования. Авторское творчество учителя является продуктом формирования рефлексивно осознанного мышления учителя в процессе социально-профессиональной самореализации.

The article touches the problem of author’s creativity which determines values of social and professional development of the teacher’s personality during post-graduate period. The author’s creativity as an individual style of self-expression promotes the development of human-guided (human-focused), motivational-cognitive, emotive-reflexive both stimulating qualities and properties of the teacher’s personality which are necessary for the teacher for his further formation of educational space subjects. The article provides creativity as a highest level of intellectual activity of critical thinking of the teacher directed to author’s self-expression in social-professional activity in the post-graduate period. The practically-guided model of pedagogical support of the teacher’s author’s creativity in open municipal system of post-graduate education is submitted. The teacher’s creativity of an author is a result of reflexively thinking of the teacher during social-professional self-realization.
