Педагогические условия развития творческого мышления у будущих профессионалов

Abstract

Статья выполнена в контексте современных требований к высшему образованию, выработанных в русле стандартов третьего поколения направлять студента на овладение творческими способами решения жизненных и профессиональных проблем. В центре внимания проблема развития мышления учащихся в аспекте его творческой составляющей. Автор рассматривает понятие творчество в соотношении интеллектуально развивающей и творческой деятельности, выступающих в качестве планируемого результата в русле формирования общепрофессиональной компетенции будущих выпускников; конкретизирует интеллектуальные умения и качества, способствующие развитию творческого мышления; выявляет смысловые приоритеты деятельности педагога; определяет условия, содействующие работе комплексной системы познавательных механизмов продуцирующих творческие мысли; выделяет инструментальную составляющую урока, ориентированного на развитие творческих сил учащихся, где формы и методы представлены автором в виде определённой иерархии согласно логике мыслительного процесса и уровню сложности мыслительной деятельности. Также выявлены сущностные признаки методов формирования творческих умений. Предлагаемое совокупное знание о методической обеспеченности процесса развития творческих способностей в учебном процессе может обогатить арсенал средств профессиональной подготовки современного педагога для решения задач в области образования, соответствующего высоким эталонам качества.

The article is intended to meet the new-day requirements developed in the line with the higher education standards to target the student at acquiring the methods of creative problem solving in life and profession. In the focus of attention there is the concept of creativity inherent in the learning process. The author considers the notion of creativeness by exploring the correlation of intellectual growth and creative work that appears for expected outcomes as cultivating general professional competence; details intellectual skills and qualities that advance creative thinking; elicits conceptual precedencies of instruction; determines specifications facilitating the complicated system of cognitive mechanisms generating creative thought; distinguishes the operant constituent of the creativity-centered lesson. The active force of pedagogical practices is set out as a taxonomy of activities grouped according to the logic of mental process and the level of thinking complexity. Also, essential characteristics of activities that develop creative thinking have been pinpointed. The proposed cumulative knowledge of methodological provision for creativity-building educational process may enrich the teacher’s instrumentality and enhance professional readiness to promote the importance of creativity in education advocating high quality benchmarks.
