О формировании агроинновационного кластера Чуйской области Кыргызской Республики

Abstract

In article is considered problem of the development agrarian-industrial sector of the economy with use innovation-investment mechanism. The Interaction subject innovation to activity, development integration processes in APK, development innovation processes, integration of the economy Kyrgyz Republic in world economic system condition shaping clusters in scale region. The Given Ned approach is founded on account positive synergetic effect regional agglomeration i.e. vicinity of the consumer and producer, network effect and diffusion of the knowledge's and skills to account of migration of the personnel and separations of the business.

В статье рассматривается проблема развития аграрно-промышленного сектора экономики с использованием инновационно-инвестиционных механизмов. Взаимодействие субъектов инновационной деятельности, развитие интеграционных процессов в АПК, развитие инновационных процессов, интеграция экономики Кыргызской Республики в мировую экономическую систему обусловливают формирование кластеров в масштабах регионов. Данный подход основывается на учете положительных синергетических эффектов региональной агломерации, т.е. близости потребителя и производителя, сетевых эффектах и диффузий знаний и умений за счет миграции персонала и выделения бизнеса.
