Abstract

Nowadays in modern higher professional school of Russia the role of lecturers has increased greatly. The lecturer influences the students not only with the opportunities of the subject they teach, but also with their personality. That’s why the requirements for lecturers also grow, especially concerning their personal features, working capacity, morality maturity, psychological and pedagogical culture improvement.

В современной высшей профессиональной школе России возрастает роль преподавателей. Преподаватель воздействует на студентов не только возможностями учебной дисциплины, но всей своей личностью. Всё это предъявляет высокие требования к личности самого педагога, к его выполнению своего служебного долга, уровню нравственной зрелости, требует постоянного повышения его психолого-педагогической культуры.
