Abstract

Стремительность современных преобразований в обществе вызывает к жизни спрос на специалистов, которые умеют анализировать постоянно изменяющиеся социально-экономические условия, принимать и осуществлять нестандартные решения в ситуации рыночной конкуренции, преодолевать стереотипы в решении вопросов не только производственной, но и личностной сфер, что находит отражение в таком понятии, как мобильность. Подготовка специалистов, готовых и способных откликаться на все изменения, происходящие в обществе, умеющих предвидеть и прогнозировать глубинные изменения в профессиональной деятельности, важнейшая проблема современного профессионального образования. В процессе бучения в вузе проходит адаптация студента к изменившимся условиям получения образования, образовательной среде, к социально-профессиональному окружению, что в свою очередь дает возможность стабильно функционировать в ходе профессиональной подготовки. В образовательном пространстве вуза будущий специалист ищет пути самореализации, включается в процесс собственного профессионального становления, развития. Актуальность исследования определяется необходимостью подготовки в образовательной среде вуза специалистов, обладающих сформированной готовностью к профессиональной мобильности, свободно и критически мыслящих, готовых к техническим и социальным преобразованиям, способных к инновационной, преобразовательной деятельности, проектированию стратегии собственного профессионально-личностного развития.

Swift changes in the modern society call forth a demand for professionals who know how to analyze constantly changing socio-economic conditions, to adopt and implement non-standard decisions in situations of market competition, to overcome stereotypes in the decision of questions of not only manufacturing, but also of personal spheres; all these abilities are included in the concept of mobility. Training of specialists, well-prepared and capable to respond to all challenges of society, able to anticipate and predict radical changes in professional activity, is the most important problem of the modern professional education. While they are at a higher education establishment, the students adapt to the changing conditions of education, educational environment, socio-professional environment, which, in its turn, ensures stable functioning during training. In the educational space of a higher school the future specialist is looking for self-realization and is included in the process of their own professional formation and development. The importance of the undertaken research is defined by the need of training in the educational environment of the University well-prepared experts possessing professional mobility, critical thinking, and ready to adapt to technical and social changes, capable of innovative, transforming activities, of designing their own professional and personal development.
