
Article is devoted to a problem of creation conditions for the development of professional teaching competence of future speech-pathologists teachers in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). The author presents the stages of formation of professional competence of the future teachers at a teacher training institution, introduced in a context of the competence-oriented paradigm of education.
