Корпоративная культура преподавателя высшей школы и его лояльность к вузу

Abstract

The efficiency of higher educational establishment's activity is depends on a type and level of development of their corporate culture. The basis of organization's culture is an aggregate of values and persuasions, accepted and shared by employees. That is why the corporate culture of higher educational establishment is examined as a mechanism of increase of teachers' loyalty, and, consequently, the level of their corporate culture. The research of this question will give the possibility to bring in the necessary corrections in the master's degree training programs of future teachers.

Эффективность деятельности вузов во многом зависит от типа и уровня развития их корпоративной культуры. Основой культуры организации является совокупность ценностей и убеждений, принимаемых и разделяемых сотрудниками. Поэтому корпоративную культуру вуза рассматривают как механизм повышения лояльности преподавателей, а, следовательно, и уровня их корпоративной культуры. Исследование этого вопроса даст возможность внести необходимые коррективы в магистерские программы подготовки будущих преподавателей.
