Современные критерии классификации профессионального образования лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья

Abstract

He article deals with the main conditions created in our country in order to provide disabled people with higher education. The article reveals the criteria of classification of conditions for obtaining higher education by various categories of people with disabilities. It analyses the main models of organization of professional education in different countries and lists major principles of rendering help in the course of disabled students’ adaptation in the course of receiving higher education. The study describes the experience of creating accessible educational environment in higher educational education.

Освещены основные условия, созданные в нашей стране для того, чтобы люди с ограниченными возможностями здоровья могли получить высшее образование. Раскрыты критерии классификации условий получения высшего образования различными категориями людей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Проанализированы основные модели организации профессионального образования в различных странах. Изложены основные принципы оказания помощи в адаптации студентам с ограниченными возможностями здоровья в процессе получения ими высшего образования. Описан опыт создания доступной образовательной среды высшего учебного заведения.
