Системно-оптимизационный подход к проектированию стратегического инновационного управления дополнительным образованием в сверхкрупном городе

Abstract

В данной статье раскрываются особенности дополнительного образования детей и подростков сверхкрупного города, определяется сущность системнооптимизационного подхода и определяются стратегические приоритеты инновационного управления дополнительным образованием в данном контексте, формируется миссия дополнительного образования в сверхкрупном городе, описываются эффекты данного подхода.

This article describes the features of supplementary education for children and young people of having massive, determined the nature of system-optimization approach based on strategic priorities and innovative management of additional education in this context, the mission of forming additional education in extra-large city, describes the effects of this approach.
