Abstract

A competence model formalizing and optimizing design and adjustment of professional and educational standards is presented by an example of Ukrainian national standards. Proposed model is aimed on building linkages between labour competencies and learning outcomes for each particular field of knowledge. Particular steps of the transition from the given model to a specific information system list of users and their rights, descriptions of the main interfaces are presented also.
